About this deal
Rainbow gatherings first began in Colorado in 1972, as a way to promote the utopian way of life - free from consumerism and hierarchy. It’s an attempt to build a different world without authorities and organisations where you can be absolutely free without the need to explain.”
Nomadic and alternative lifestyle is a big part of my photography and rainbow gatherings are a big part of nomadic culture and I felt I needed to document it. In most of the cases, rainbow people sustain a very friendly relationship with the neighbours and locals often come to play music by the bonfire or eat together.”
Unconditional love is a beautiful social experiment, especially when it is practiced by hundreds of people at the same time. For the most part, public beaches and other spaces around the world definitely do require you to wear some clothes, even in supposedly libertine France. So if you’re a Naturist who wants to vacation on your terms—or just an adventurous soul who hates pants—you’re going to have to find places where nudism is embraced, whether here or abroad.
The nude nomads - called rainbow people - live near banks and in forests with a focus on expressing unconditional love. Though the images might be striking to the outside eye, the photographer said the rainbow people’s environment is very comfortable. The 30-year-old travelled across the worlds to take the shots at various different rainbow gatherings.
