I didn't insert the conceive plus before BDing. I waited until the sex had finished and my OH had done his business inside of me (sorry TMI)!! We used the lube for one month in December 2020 and I found out I’m pregnant on Christmas Eve! I couldn’t recommend this product enough especially if you suffer with abit of dryness down below. I couldn’t be happier! Still can’t believe that today I had a positive test after 5 years of trying and one failed round of IVF.It's pretty simple - you can either get prefilled applicator tubes or a big tube and a syringe. Then you either squirt it into yourself about 10 mins before you BD, or some people said they just used it like normal lube. Ideally I guess it works to neutralize the pH, so it makes more sense to put it as close to your cervix as possible, to transport the little swimmers along! Not all lube is created equal! If you’re trying to conceive, many classic brands and types of lube contain ingredients that can damage sperm. That’s why, a few years ago, the FDA began classifying certain lubes as “fertility-friendly” or “sperm-friendly.” These lubes are made without ingredients that are likely to limit fertilization.
